I work for an organisation with an Adobe Standard License for Stock imagery. We also hold an Enterprise license for the rest of the Adobe Suite. We purchased a stock video – this one here to be precise:
Our designer has taken a still-frame from this video. She wants to use it on our new website homepage to help us show and explain one of our software products, a voice assistant for professional drivers. This image would only be used on the website, and would not be bundled into the product itself.
In the Adobe license info page for Stock images, I noticed the following statement:
X – Cannot use asset prominently in merchandise or products for resale
Question is: Would we be contravening the license rules by using this still frame image? We can assume that we meet all the other criteria, I believe.
Really appreciate any help or advice on this, we're just trying to play by the rules and make sure we follow all copyright to the letter. One other piece of information, in case it matters: our company is based in Berlin, Germany.

We cannot provide legal advice regarding licensing. You can review our license information provided in this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788?page=1
If you require additional assistance please seek legal counsel.
Four months later? Guess what: I found another solution that didn't rely on Adobe.
