Correction of invoices

We bought two photos under an extended license through Image on Demand. The invoice contains the wrong IDs for the purchased photos.

On the recommendation of the support service, we contacted the Softline supplier in Russia. They reported that the images were purchased through the site. And they cannot help.

Our lawyers need a fact of confirming the licensing rights to purchased photographs.
The invoices do not contain information about the purchased photos. Where is the fact of proof that a particular photograph was acquired by us? There is also no mention in the License History that the photos were purchased by us. There is no connection between License and Invoice.

That is the SKU number for the type of purchase you made. Asset IDs are not currently included in invoices.
