Corrupted File Adobe Stock

Hello, 

I downloaded this asset from AdobeStock and the file can't be opened, due the following error (screenshot attached).

My illustrator is up to date,  plus I tested it on a different newer iMac and had the same exact issue.

Can I be credited back the credit for this purchase, since I can't seem to open the file at all.
