Could not save asset into My Library

Actually it's not a solved issue. I do not have 1000 images in my library and I have been running into this issue regularly. So for everyone else who is pulling their hair out as I am, the issue still exists for less than 1000 images in a library.

There are some things that may cause this.

  1.  Can you save to a different library? The library that you cannot save to may be full. There is a limit to number of assets and you may have hit the limit.
  2. Can you access the library from https://assets.adobe.com/libraries?
  3. Does the library you are saving to have any special characters in its name? Try renaming the library.
  4. There is a 200 character limit in the file names/titles of assets in a library and an asset with a file name/title that is more than 200 characters will block other assets from being added to a library. Also, Mac and Windows support different file name conventions and if there is an unsupported character in a file name/title it can prevent you from adding files to your libraries. You can check this by creating a new library and copying files from library you cannot save to to a new library to figure out if a file is the culprit.
