creative cloud members use tamplets for free?

I purchased a creative cloud membership, and I cant understand if I can download tamplets (not stock images) for free. anyone knows?

Thanks for reaching out to the Adobe Stock community.

You will have access to the Adobe Stock "free templates" even if you do not have a subscription.

However, any template or 3D asset priced at US$9.99 can also be licensed with a subscription, just as images are licensed.
