Credit Pack Not as Advertised?

I purchased a 16-count credit pack that was advertised as good for 16 standard images. When I went to license an image (standard format) it cost 5 credits. Can you cancel my credit pack purchase?

I've reviewed your account using the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I see that you have 16 credits in your quota, you have not used any of these credits. Hi Ken in STL,

When you search you'll need to filter for assets that are not premium assets. Premium assets can range from 2 to 50 credits depending on the asset. Standard assets are 1 credit each.
