Havíamos “Adobe Stock IE – 40 assets/mês + 150 créditos" e coincidência ou não, após a renovação do nosso contrato, aparece a 0 os créditos. O utilizador não consegue identificar quando que foi a 0 ou o consumo. Como identificar o pro quê o utilizador não tem mais estes créditos? 
Segundo ponto, como controlar os utilizadores que consomem o Adobe Stock? Se é individual, é suposto cada um utilizar os creditos da sua conta, certo?

Não consigo falar no chat nem solicitar especialista..é urgente a situação e não consigo nenhum contato.

Do you have Teams or Enterprise stock? Any admin can licence stock assets.

(Contact Adobe customer care via the Admin console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com. You need to be an admin to do so.)

You have an individual stock subscription:

Only you have access to that subscription and can license assets.
