Credits disappeared

I had a bunch of credits in my Adobe Stock account and they appear to be gone. I've logged in and out of my account several times and that didn't change anything. Any ideas as to why they would have disappeared? Do credits expire? I had a bunch that I migrated over from dollar photo that weren't used yet.

Hi Theresa,

The credits should remain there as long as the subscription is active. Unfortunately if you stop subscribing the credits expire out.

Also be sure to be using the proper Adobe ID if you have more than one. But you probably already know that. 😉
