I've just bought a 40-credit package. The first time I tried the credit card refused the deal, but I authorized it by the app and the charge was made.
However, I can't see the credits anywhere on my profile, and when I try to get a standard license to a picture, it directs me to make a subscription package.
What can I do?

I apologize for the delayed response. I see that the transactions aren't being authorized which usually means there is an issue with the bank that is authorizing the purchase. If you are trying to purchase credit packs for your team instead of as a personal purchase you'll need to contact your reseller.
