Credits suddenly missing from account

I saw today that I have only 35 credits when last week I had roughly 280. I checked my license history to see if I was hacked but that's not the case. I thought it may be that they don't carry over year to year but they have carried over in the past 2 years.

I see some other people have had this happen to them. Please direct me to where to go for support. Thanks.

Contact Adobe customer care. Except for the 750/assets per month, all plans carry over a year of credits.
