Dear Adobe,
after a few searches on your community, it's clear you are following a deceitful behaviour.
In the beginning, I thought it was my fault, but it's now clear to me that the hidden "cancel plan" button, as you can see on your own made tutorial page, was not my fault and not even a bug.

I was aware of contract terms, the annual contract subscription to Adobe Stock after the free trial, and the fee for cancellation before the end of terms, I'm not contesting that.
But your behaviour is unacceptable. On my bank account, I discovered there are 5 payments of 36.69 euros to you while you billed just 4 months. Simply NOT ACCEPTABLE, sorry.

I try to be concise: on my bank report there's an extra payment! I see 5 payments instead of 4! I remember you the "cancel" button was absent during the trial and even after.
I don't wanna give you another chance after I saw my bank account. I lose my faith in you.
I don't need you 3 free months. I'm not using your services.
I want my extra money payed back and I possibly would my plan cancelled without fee.
That is what I could considere customer CARE.
