Did I need credits to buy extended licenses- was told I did..?

Hi,

I called customer service to inquire about purcashing images with extended licenses. I was told I needed either a monthly subscription or credits. I needed 3 images. I bought a 5 pack of credits and then paid 79.99 for each image. Why do I still have 5 credits? Were they not needed? I just did this moments ago? Can I be refunded for them if they aren't needed?

I am sorry you had this experience. You would need 8 credits to license an extended license. 1 credit is equal to roughly $10. If you don't have enough credits you'll see a price if you do have enough credits you'll see the number of credits needed. The credits you purchased expire in one year. If you require a refund for these you would have to not have used the 5 credits and customer care can help you with a refund.
