Difficulty in transferring fotolia to an adobe stock account

Hello,

I would like some advices to tranfer my account to adobe stock. I have my ID and password but it keep saying "Pour obtenir de l’aide, vous pouvez contacter notre service clientèle via ce formulaire." => contact support with the following form, but there is nothing when opening the link.

 

Thank you for your help.
