I signed up for the free trial as I only needed one photo to use. I was then away at the time of the first payment so didnt cancel and was quite happy to pay once as Ive used the photo. Now I've just tried to cancel and its charging me £131 cancellation fee. Just digusting. I will pay but I will never use this service again and will leave negative feedback on every review site I can find

Just so you know, there is no chat icon, no phone number, no email, no reply to my request for a complaint email address. Basically no way to contact you, so no way out of this nightmare,. So I've gone ahead and blocked any further payments to your scam from my account. Do better, I will never touch your service ever again and will warn everyone else.
There is no complaints email. You may need to change your browser settings to see the chat option. You will need to be signed into your Adobe account to access chat. Account updates cannot be made through the forum you would need to contact customer care for assistance. Canceling your payment method without canceling your subscription will put yout account into a bad state since you've agreed to an annual contract and have stopped payment. Please review your subscription terms before disrupting your payments.
This is hilarious. Why am I not suprised that your scam ripp off site does not have a complaints email. There is not chat option and that is your problem not mine.
