Do I have access to Adobe Stock as creative cloud member?

So I am creative cloud member for way too long..

Do I have access to adobe stock? If so, what are the limits? 

Can I use images, video, music, vectors to put them in my YouTube Channel, Facebook, and other social media? 

What does the up to 500,000 copies mean exactly?  If for whatever reason the pic is uploaded as part of a YouTube video, how is anybody going to count 500,000 plus views of a pictures? 

How many assests do I get per month from Adobe Stock from Adobe Cloud if I have any access?

Adobe Stock is not included with Creative Cloud by default you have to sign up for it. Please visit https://stock.adobe.com/plans to see your options setting up an Adobe Stock subscription.
