Эй. все уведомления от компании contributor stock adobe перестали приходить. после того, как уведомления перестали приходить, я изменил адрес электронной почты на другой, но это не помогло. Спам тоже пустой. Как можно решить эту проблему? Спасибо

Hi Lema-lisa

Good evening to you. Do you refer to all notifications for sales, or does the issue include notifications for approved and refused images?

If you refer to sales only, daily sales notification is generated the day after sales is made and apparantly only when the daily sales exceeds a certain amount in excess of $0.33. If it is absolutly all your notifications that has ceased, please let us know.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. But unfortunately all notifications don't come from Adobe contributor. Letters about the sale, approval or rejection of images, the extension of the license for creative cloud also do not come.

Sorry for the inconvenience of not receiving your notifications. Have you tried contacting Adobe directly via the "Contact us" at the bottom of your contributor's page? The link is on your "Dashboard" bottom black menu bar between "Commissions" and "Blog". Otherwise a link is on your account page.
