Dear all,
apologies if this has been solved before, I haven't seen it. We have accumulated a number of stock credits via the subscription that adds 25 credits a month. We do not need the subscription on that account any more and cancelled it. What will happen to our credits, will they remain usable for purchases until the amount is depleted?
Kind regards
BSG
Read the Stock cancelation help page which clearly states that unused credits expire upon cancellation. You should try to use all of them before canceling.

Thank you for the reply. On the help page only "unused licenses" are mentioned, and we were unsure if credits are meant by that aswell.

Yes, that's correct. Unused licenses are unused credits.

I agree, it's confusing. But indeed it's correct: unused licences (credits) are forfeit, anything that you did licence stays with you as long as the licence does not get exhausted (like 500k prints with a standard licence).
