Do you have to pay to sell photos on Adobe Stock?

Hi, I am wanting to know if you have to pay for an Adobe Stock account in order to sell photos on it. I'm aware that you have to pay in order to buy photos however was just curious to know if you have to pay in order to sell photos. Also if I was to pay to join Adobe stock can I delete my account at any later time if I wanted too?
