Does anyone know the reason or have an idea why this image is not accepted?

Thats a picture taken by me and when I upload...

Adobe says: 

During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords.

They may have selected the wrong reason for rejection. The image is seriously over exposed and the cooler is not squared up. You have cropped it too closely as well. This is a quality issue.

The product labels are the IP issue here, though as @daniellei4510 indicated, the image would also have been rejected for quality issues.
