Does my Enhanced Video License authorize me to use a still shot from the video?

I purchased the enhanced video through my subscription. I needed a standalone .jpg for a website and made one with my Adobe Premiere Pro (CC). I cannot see from any of the licensing information if there is any prohibit to make a still from a video as long as I don't apply it to a product like a mug.

Instead it will be on a website for medical services.

Can anyone tell me if the licensing covers this use? Or rather, a link to the part of the licensing that clarifies the use of still images from a video?
