Hi, I havther are been downloading images today and all has been good but there are two specific images that seem to have a problem. when I download and import it into my software it shows as a type of cross or 2 triangles.
Can you provice a little more information please? Are you using Adobe sofware or some other software? What are the asset IDs of the files with the issue?
