How can I download my free media files? I pay for 10 free mediafiles / month. But everytime I try to download a media file it ends up that I have to pay for it?

On my account I can´t see any info about credits? Adobe charges me 358 SEK each month. 

Of course I can stop the payment plan but strange that I cant download a single media files (photos, videos, sounds without pay for it, when Im already are paying.

It sounds as if you may be trying to license things which need more credits than you have built up. A video could cost up to $200 or more. Standard photos should be covered, unless you are going to premium collections. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/stock/help/credit-packs.html

Thanks for input: However, I have paid 300 dollar during this year. I tried to download a video clip but instead of getting it for free I had to buy the clip for 70 dollar. Also annoying that adobe doesnt provide a proper costumer support when you buy their products.

I can´t see any "credits info box" on my account... My main issue is: I pay 35 dollar to adobe each month in order to get 10 media files / month. But I can´t download a single media file without paying for the file. I really don´t understand what I am paying for?

Since it's a credit based system, you really need to find out how many credits you have, or you will have no idea what you can buy. You probably have the program giving you 10 STANDARD assets a month. The key here is standard; no video is a standard asset. See the screen shot from Adobe's site today.
