It is not exactly clear what you want to do, maybe you should explain your problem in more detail.

Do you have trouble to download a vector asset (Adobe Illustrator file)? It would help in that case to tell us the asset ID (number) so that we can check about that.

You will need either buy credit packs for this or take a subscription, if you want download assets from Adobe stock, that are not in the FREE collection. If they are in the free collection, you only need to licence and the asset downloads automatically.

N.b. Just to be sure: download means downloading from Adobe stock to your computer. If you are a contributor and want to contribute to stock, you will need to upload assets, which will add the assets to the Adobe stock database, if approved.
