Downloaded AdobeStock_288998056- won't open. "can't open the illustration"

Is the file corrupt or is there a way to get the image to open so I can use it?

I just purchased the free trail for Adobe stock and tried to download my first image without success. Not a good experience so far. Support and sales is not very accessible either. Left a message for sales.

Are you opening the file in Illustrator?

Thank you for resolving the problem! Unfortunately it was too late to choose another one- deadlines! I had to choose from another stock company.
