Downloaded stock image doesn’t match display

I licenced File # 88111271 (condom catching ramen to water bag). But when I tried to put into illustrator, it turned out to be File # 88111254 (man keep the condom in back pocket)

I understand your requirement but we do not have the original file as of now. We will get in touch with the concerned contributor regarding the correct profile but at the same time, I would not be able to make a commitment here.

I will update this thread if we receive the correct file from the contributor.
