Downloaded Vector image blank when opened

I have downloaded multiple vector files through adobe stock today and the most recent one I have downloaded opens up blank. Now I have illustrator updated to the most current version and I have tried redownloading from a different browser, (currently using chrome but tried edge) The asset # is

 Has someone found a workaround for this?

When I downloaded the .ai version of this file and opened it in Illustrator I could see that all of the layers are turned off. The file appears as expected once you turn on the layers. Let me know if this is not the case.
