Hello everyone. I used the free Adobe Stock template “Minimalist Magazine Layout” as the basis for an Indesign project. The fonts "Source Service Pro" and "Source sans variable" are embedded in it. Now I wanted to make an epub out of the magazine, but during the validation I found that the font has DRM protection on it. So it doesn't load the eBook for me with the correct font. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks and regards
Simon

The layout uses "Source Serif Pro" which is an open source font (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Source+Serif+Pro). I do not think that there is DRM protection on it. You need to have a different problem.

The template uses the Source Serif font. So the Source Sans needs to come from a different source. May be a graphics file?

But also the Source sans is open source if I'm correct.

Hi
Open source or not, it doesn't explain why they have DRM on them when I want to export an EPub.
Thanks and regards

Did you get this prompt when you opened the file in InDesign? This should alleviate any missing fonts in InDesign. I would think you could then embed those.
