Bonjour je me suis inscrite pour une offre d' essai pour télécharger des photos sur Adobe stock.

Je me suis inscrite en faisant une erreur sur mon adresse mail.
 
J'ai payé via mon compte paypal.
 
Du coup je n'ai pas accès à mon mail pour activer mon compte et pour avoir un mot de passe et donc pour me connecter sur Adobe stock.
 
Comment faire s'il vous plaît ?

C'est un chat virtuel du coup il ne comprends rien à mon problème.

Je ne sais pas qui contacter et j'ai essayé de les appeler au téléphone ça raccroche au bout de 20 secondes

Je suis désolé pour les problèmes avec le chat. Ce n'est pas un chat virtuel, mais il y a un robot en avant plan. Je suggère que tu entres tout de suite "agent" après le prompt et un agent va s'en occuper. Tu risques cependant que l'agent n'est à 100 % responsable pour ton type de problèmes.
