Error message trying to cancel my free subscription, ends today!!

I want to cancel my free subscription. Its going to be charging my credit card today, but I'm trying to cancel and I don't seem to be able to to so.

Please cancel it for me, I have downloaded some images for college and studying purposes.

I've also tried to use chat but nobody answers me and there's no e-mail I can find to contact support.

PLEAAAASE. I cannot pay for this
