EXTENDED License pictures reworked and offered as free download (videobackground) on website?

Hi,

I would like to use pictures with an EXTENDED LICENSE rework them
and offer them afterwards as a videoconference background on my website.
The donwload would be FOR FREE.

Is this usage included in the EXTEDED LICENSE?

CAN ANYBODY HELP? I would very much appreciate an answer,

I'm not sure that you can do that, even with an extended license.
