Hi all! I bought 2 bulk credits for video, each €899,99 This was billed on my creditcard. Thats all fine...But there is an extra €899,99 on hold. But i only bought 2 of them. Now my creditcard is blocked because of this 'hold'..(amount to high-limit €2500,-) I need Adobe to DECLINE this authorization! I contacted customer service and they confirm this buy of 'only 2 bulk credits'..(2x €899,99). But thats it. Don't know how to proceed. Thank you.

You will need to contact Adobe customer service. They are the only one who can help you with this. If they can't help, you need to contact your bank to see what happened and to dispute the amount. Nobody here on the fora can help you out in such a situation.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
