Fewer files downloaded than promised

Hello,

I purchased the license for a package of 9 a motion graphics from Adobe Stock, but only one downloaded. Does anyone have advice for how to fix this? Here is the information:

• In and out animations

The file only has one style that I can see, not nine.

Edit: Question answered. All nine files could be found in the Essential Graphics toolbar of Adobe Premiere Pro. This can be accessed by double-clicking on the graphic. It looks like this:

Hi Janet,

The image you posted shows 9 styles and you have selected style 3 of 9. There will only be one download and it includes all 9 styles.
