FILE #: 432547731 I keep getting an error message when downloading

I' m trying to download this file FILE : 432547731 (Line Art Woman With Flowers. Head Of Flowers Line drawing. Flower Woman Vector. Minimal Abstract portrait female)

 but it won't open in Illustrator.  Could someone verify this file for me please?

Are you sure that you download the vector file and not the JPEG? What is your error message in Illustrator? Do you have the latest Illustrator version?

Hello,  Yes, I downloaded the vector file and I am up to date with the latest software.  The error message is "  The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error"
