This happens when contributors do an upload error and the moderators don't catch that during their control.
Sorry for that, you will need to select a different asset. @Contributor1 will take a look at this and if confirmed, the asset will be deleted and you will get your replacement credit, except if you took an "erweiterte Lizenz" where you would need to contact customer care.
