Filter AI Art from Search Results

This is just to say I'm very disappointed that Adobe has chosen to take up AI art as it very clearly harms our community. Second, I hope they provide an appropriate tool to filter generated items out of their stock catalog. I have no interest in using it in my commercial work and find it annoying to browse their catalog as a result. I would be happy to switch my service to a provider that does not include AI-generated work if they won't. Sure I'm not alone on this.

You are not alone. Use “-ai” on your searches to exclude generative AI art.

The problem with this is that there are still countless entries that do not follow the rules as published on December 6th. The rules as what is important for you are (contributor requirements):

  • Include "generative AI" in the title of ALL images (in English) in which all or part of the file was created with generative AI software.
    • This includes composites with multiple asset types
  • Include "generative AI" as a single keyword (in English regardless of language you are keywording in)
  • Include "generative" as a single keyword
  • Include "AI" as a single keyword

(source: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/generative-ai-submission-guidelines/td...)

You are welcome to report the asset IDs here, if you find assets not following the rules. You will have plenty of opportunity to do this.

I feel the same. If Adobe's stance is to keep AI art available as stock , we really need an additional subcategory for AI generative images.
