font in stock template

hello community. i have the problem that i cannot edit the respective 
font templates for licensed templates from adobe stock, because i believe 
these are converted into paths. how do i get this process back so i can edit the font.

It seems that ALL templates do this. Perhaps to avoid issues with fonts people don't have. It seems you need to delete the graphics and replace them with new text, which isn't ideal.
