I was logged into MY creative cloud account, and using credits FROM A CLIENTS fotolia account under their instruction. Since the switch over MY CLIENT has lost 1200 fotolia credits, MY account has had a team account added and MY email address has been assigned as the login credential on MY CLIENTS account. So i login to 2 accounts with 1 email
1. I need MY CLIENT to have their own adobe stock account
2. MY CLIENT needs their 1200 credits moving over from fotolia
3. MY account needs the team removing
Lost track of the hours spent on the phoner to the staff to resolve this, going round in circles
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
