We had purchased a number of licenses via fotolia back in the day, these seem to be gone now. There is also no way to contact adobe in this regard. Is there anything that can be done, or are our licenses gone?
Your licenses are not gone and they should have been carried over when you synchronised your Adobe account with your Fotolia account.
If you have problems with that, please Contact Customer Care . If you still have problems report back here. After contacting customer care, you will get a case number. This case number will be needed to be posted here to get further support.
