I'm sorry you are having difficulty downloading illustrations. Here are some troubleshooting tips:
If you are downloading from your browser please sign out and clear your browser history and try again. You can download previously licensed assets from your license history, accessible from the profile menu, or from libraries.
Check in your browser settings the location of where your browser is sending the downloads.
If you are downloading to an application, like Adobe Illustrator, confirm that the app is up to date.
If your app is up to date sign out of the Creative Cloud, shut down the app and restart your computer. Then relaunch app and sign in again.
