Hi, my client has just made an Adobe Stock 10 image account, with 30 days of free evaluation before charging. 

And she passed me the login and password to download the images, but when I tried to do that, Adobe asked me for her credit card info again, even though she had already signed the plan from her computer. 

Is it standard, to give the credit card again from another computer, or maybe something went wrong?
