free trail

Hi, last year, around September, I started a free trial to see whether the plan was what I needed. I quickly realised that it wasn't and cancelled the trial to use something different. Almost 6 months later, I have just noticed that I have been getting charged for the plan that I cancelled (I have now cancelled it again). I only just realised, as I keep track of regular payments like these through email invoices, but apparently, they don't send these out; the only email I have from them was from when I signed up for the free trial. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Once you sign up for a subscription that bills monthly, you don't receive a notice each time that your credit card is charged. That's why it's a good idea to reconcile accounts frequently.

You should check your credit card charges. Always.

If you have cancelled the free trial (in time), you got a confirmation mail from Adobe, similar to that you got when you took the trial.
