Hello there, I'm tryin to upload my recent work with Filezilla as I always do. But I'm getting an error that I've never seen before. "Error: Connection closed by server" and Filezilla gets stuck on "Status: Waiting to retry..."

I also wrote to support. Can I get some help on this, if it's my account or some general issue?

Thank you in advance.

Do your uploads continue after that error, with the ftp still connected but the filezilla browser is disconnected?

Have you changed local firewall settings recently.

No connection therefore no upload to continue or interrupt. Simply gives that error message and doesn't connect. Setting are all the same.

Got connected today after couple of tries. But in the first try on connecting always gives these error messages;

Error: Connection closed by server
Error: Could not connect to server

Someone in Adobe Help staff replied my ticket and said there might be a server issue.

I am having the same issue. You mentioned that it might have been a server issue, has this been resolved for you?

I have been uploading videos to Shutterstock no problems using FileZilla, but I am having the issue you listed when I try to upload to Adobe.

That should be by now. But if it is a server error, having to look Adobe into it is a good idea.
