Last evening, I purchased a premium image for a project, and the client changed their mind this morning. I want to return the licenses and not use the image. AI help was not at all helpful, and I can't find any other place to actually contact a customer service rep.
Does anyone have a secret way to get a hold of a human to get a refund?

Licence purchases are final. You can't "return" licences as this.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. If in doubt, ask the forum.

Thank you for your response. The chat session is still the Ai and asking me all the wrong questions.
While I understand that a license should be final, I have run across this issue a few times over my many years working in the design field, and nearly every other stock imagery platform will allow you to return the image if you have a valid circumstance. But it does often take talking to an actual human.
I will give these options one more try.
