Giving Credit to Adobe Stock image - Where to find Photographer´s real name?

Hi,

I´m wondering where to find the Photographer´s real name to give credit? Most of the accounts do have a "nickname" e.g. this one here => ohishiftl

Is it enough to just mention the account name on the picture when I use it on my social media account (Facebook, Instagram Postings) e.g. =>  © ohishiftl / Adobe Stock

I have also seen that some Photographer´s have a "nickname" on their account but also mention their "real name" in the IPTC-field of the image. Do I then have to take the "real name" or is it enough to take just the "account" name that is published close to the image on https://stock.adobe.com/.

It´s quite confusing.

OK. But unfortunately my question is not fully answered. What if the "real name" of the photographer is given in the IPTC-field? Is it enough just crediting the photographer by his "nickname" displayed on https://stock.adobe.com/?

Use the nickname. That is the creator's public presence.

Use the nickname, as the photographer did chose to be identified by his nickname. The photographer can chose freely how he or she wants to be identified. There is no requirement for a fancy nickname. So even if in the metadata a real name is given, I would absolutly use the screen name.
