Green "transferred" tags on licensed images

Just in the past hour or so I started seeing, in addition to the familiar blue "licensed" tags,  green "transferred" tags on all our licensed images.  What does this mean?

Paul,Thanks for sharing the screenshot. We have identified a bug around this issue and the engineering team is already working on this.We will update the thread with more details once we will have a fix deployed.Regards,Twarita

Oh..I did sign out and sign back in.  The green tags are still there.

What do they mean?
