I had a problem with cancellation the subscription after free version and have been paying for last 3 months but not using the resourses at all and not going to do this in a near future because then I found another stock that's more suitable for me by now. I am really sorry that I apparently didn't complete the process of cancellation but I really want to ask you for a refund if it's possible. Thank you for your feedback!
