I had an email from adobe that HD video's are now included in our subscription, but when i want to download one, I'm still being asked for a subscription or to buy it seperatly.

 

we have a Creative Cloud Alle apps Pro-edition licence.

Hi,

I have the same. I received an email from Adobe indicating the 25mil HD videos are now part of my subscription however I cannot download or add any to my library if I do not subscribe. I am loged into Adobe Stock.

Not sure why this was sent if it is useless.

Hello @Dennis-LP, I'm not seeing any Adobe Stock subscription linked to the account you are using on the forum. Access to HD videos requires a subscrption.

That may be, but most probable, OP wasn't using his Adobe ID with that subscription, so that Liza was unable to verify his status.

Singn out/sign in to your corporate account. Does that work? If not, can you access Adobe stock and are you allowed to licence standard assets?
