I started on December 21. According to my order history, just for trial, the Adobe Stock -10 images a month (one-year) plan. The first month it is free.

I've been charged for over 6 months without my knowledge, and I want to cancel that plan.

The plan does not appear in Plans & Products when I log in to my account. There is no confirmation email of cancellation, I even talked to their online CS chat, and they're not helpful at all.

As a result, I cannot cancel that plan. Can someone for the sake of god help me out on this, I feel like I am dumping money into the water as I m not using the plan at all.

It's strange that the plan does not appear on https://account.adobe.com/plans. I suggest you to contact Adobe customer care. Only customer care can help you here. You can, however, update this thread if you run into troubles with customer care.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start
