Hi

In June I had activated an adobe stock account,

after a few days I could no longer access it and any way to recover the password was impossible.

 

I contacted the help center explaining the problem and they told me that they would delete my account, in fact by entering that email adobe tells me that there is no account.

THE PROBLEM is that both in July and August they scrapped my money from the card, without my having an account anymore!

How can I solve this problem?

 

  • I don't know how to do it anymore.

I don't see any active Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. The subscription I do see was successfully cancelled over a year a go during the trial period and you were not charged for that subscription. If you have another email address you are using for your Adobe products then I'd recommend signing into https://account.adobe.com with that email address and reviewing your subscriptions there.

  • That's right the account on June 24th was with another email, but after I wrote to the help center about login problems it was closed.
    Consequently with that email unless I create a new account I can no longer log in.
