High rejection rate for high‑quality AI illustrations (Firefly + Photoshop) – “Quality issues”

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

I’m uploading a series of AI‑generated illustrations (created in Adobe Firefly, then manually edited and cleaned in Photoshop).
I check every file at 100–200% zoom, fix artifacts, adjust colors/contrast and make sure there are no glitches, noise, or composition errors.

Despite this, many of these images are rejected for “quality issues”.
From my point of view they look technically excellent and consistent with a stylized sci‑fi illustration look.

Question:
What exactly could trigger “quality” rejections for this type of AI illustration, and what should I change to reduce these rejections?

I’m attaching a screenshot / preview of one rejected image for reference.

Thanks.Zrzut ekranu 2026-01-7 o 17.45.51.pngZrzut ekranu 2026-01-7 o 18.00.48.png

Thumbnails are too small to properly evaluate, but I can see in this image malformed irises and a strange earring.

Hi

Thanks for an answer.

I can see now, I need to be really precise, and work much harder on quality, before submitting. Cheers!

It's hard to see in the small images, but I think that some of your problems are with the person's hair - stray hair and tufts of hair that stick out too much. Another issue is the text/letters. Try to avoid texts.

Hi.

Thanks for an answer. I don't believe I've ever used any texts to it. It may look like text artifact indeed, when zoom in, but it's never been intended as texts. I looked inside Stock Images made with AI, that ppl already submitted, and seen a lot of them had something similiar to mine. Anyways. I'm only starting on stocks, so, i guess, there's a lot to be learned according to the quality before submitting. Thanks You. Very much appreciated.

Small rendering errors everywhere, which I believe would be even more apparent had you uploaded the full-sized images as submitted. These strike me as AI before it became better at rendering overall results. What AI model are you using?

Hi! Thanks for an answer. I'm using Adobe Firefly. It's not great i know. And I've worked on those images before I've uploaded it. Yes, full sized 4K 3860 or something like that. After You pointed these artifacts, I know now what are they talked about when mentioned quality. It seems, like I need to work harder, to make it look like a real work. It's my very first attempt to a Stock, so I'm only learning. Thanks fot the answer.
